Shipping
Although, we ship to both - EU and US, some of the production facilities for specific products are only located in either one of the locations. For example, if the production facility for the specific product is only located in the EU, then it will take longer to ship to US and vice versa. The shipping times are specified for each product under DESCRIPTION.
Additionally, the shipping availability is not only limited to products, but for some colourways as well since all colourways might not be available at all times at all of the production facilities.
We ship worldwide, however, we offer free shipping when applicable only within EU (EFTA zone not included) and US (Canada not included).
Returns
All of our products are unique and produced only once they are ordered. This means that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that were ordered in the wrong size or color, or if there's simply change of mind.
However, if you receive a damaged product or if there is a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 14 days of the product delivery. Please contact us via fred@sha.clothing and provide a clear photo showing the issue. Please note that refunds will take up to 14 business days depending on your bank.
We understand that mistakes can happen and we are here to help you in any way we can. However, in the event that shipping details were incorrect or the wrong size or color was ordered, we won't be able to offer replacements or refunds. We kindly ask that you double-check and confirm all details before placing your order to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The currency can be changed between EUR which is the original currency and USD which is a secondary currency. To change it, open the browser via mobile and click on the globe icon next to search icon at the top of the page.
